Who We Work With.
We work closely with the offices of the University President, Chancellor, and Board of Governors. We also help faculty and staff maintain the protocols and traditions of the University and provide advice for major events.
What We Do.
We produce more than 60 events annually from UBC’s Graduation Ceremonies to breakfasts at the President’s home, and everything in between.
We manage major university events and all events hosted by the President, Chancellor and Board of Governors.
Our team provides guidance to the university community on a number of topics: flag customs, honourary degrees, academic etiquette such as who wears what regalia or walks onto a stage first, First Nations protocol, and protocol for visits of high-level government officials.
We are a team with great expertise and high attention to detail—for the recent president’s installment we had five major events on one day. Our events are high profile, so they have to be right.”
